One House One Home, LLC is a short term rental management company who has been assisting home owners in producing passive income and providing high quality guest experiences for several years. We provide our clients with flexible management opportunities that range from hands-on client involvement to full-service management.
Our
Story
We began our rental management journey in the fall of 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the success and positive guest feedback from managing our first property, we decided to begin our home ownership and rental journey with Airbnb. As owners, we have first hand experience in creating a great guest experience that keeps people coming back. We understand the importance of making your house into a home away from home, which is why we have high standards for cleanliness and guest relations. Since our conception, we have managed seven properties of various sizes because we value sharing this experience with other home owners and guests.
Our Team
We are a husband and wife team based in Northern Virginia. Our combined experience includes over 15 years of client satisfaction and 5 years of project management.
